Low Carb Sausage Balls
Serving Size, 6 – 8 balls
Low on carbs but not on flavor, these sausage balls are so close to the original they will never notice! Great for game day appetizers or breakfast on the go (they reheat awesome). They are a weekly staple in our house.
1 lb country breakfast sausage, raw (we like hot but mild or medium will work fine)
2/3 cup soy flour (you can find it in the baking aisle at most grocery stores)
1 cup sharp shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat your oven to 375. Mix all ingredients until well incorporated. Roll into balls about the size of a silver dollar and place on a baking sheet (should make about 40 balls). Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and delicious.
